Know Your Rights
If this is your first visit to the Fairlawn Mayor's Court, we desire
that you be fully advised of your rights and responsibilities. We want
every person who comes into this court to feel that he or she has
received fair consideration and impartial treatment. You have the right
to be represented by counsel and a right to a continuance to secure
counsel.
If you are here on a traffic violation, you are requested to please
remove your driver's license from your wallet or purse so that we can
