Stop Pointless Personal Pollution
The Engineering Department provides the following services:
- Inspects the existing infrastructure of the City to determine the extent of remedial action that will be appropriate to maintain these items over a five-year period
- Maintains annual street repair program
- Reviews plans for accuracy and compliance with codes for commercial and multi-family developments
- Prepares and updates the specifications for construction standards for paving and storm sewers
- Updates the street and zoning maps and underground records annually
- Updates the ward map when necessary
- Maintains and updates the existing infrastructure items in compliance with state issue
- Attends all meetings regarding any of the above issues
