The Information Services Department is responsible for administrating and maintaining all computer-related equipment, hardware and software for the City of Fairlawn. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Support for all Administrative personnel employed at the City of Fairlawn
- 24/7 support for the City’s state-of-the-art Police and Fire
- 911 Communications Center
- Emergency personnel
- Supports City's Public Safety
- Radio System
