Overview
The Fairlawn Police Department operates from a new and spacious building constructed in 1999. Our Department is located on S. Smith Rd (just south of W. Market St./Rte. 18).

Under the direction of Chief Kenneth A. Walsh, the Fairlawn Police Department is staffed by 23 full-time officers, 5 part-time officers and 9 communication / administrative personnel.

The Department is divided into two divisions: Administrative Services, which consists of Records, Secretarial and Communications, and Field Services, which consists of the Detective Bureau, Patrol Bureau and D.A.R.E.
