Fairlawn City Code Chapter 282 Board of Audit and Review
The Board of Audit and Review shall be composed of the Mayor, Director of Finance, President of City Council, and Chairperson of the Finance Committee of City Council. The Board shall meet on the first and third Monday of each month and such other times as designated by the Board. Subject to certain limitations, the Board has the authority to approve or deny purchase orders, bids, contracts, and disbursements.
