Pursuant to Section 4.13, Fairlawn City Charter, a Special Meeting of Council will be held Monday, September 14, 2020, 7:15 P.M. as requested by Mayor William J. Roth, Jr.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss and act upon the following legislation and any amendments thereto:
Ordinance 2020-062 Offered by Mayor Roth AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT WITH THAYER POWER & COMMUNICATION LINE CONSTRUCTION CO., LLC RELATING TO THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FIBER-OPTIC NETWORK TO CONNECT THE SUMMIT COUNTY JAIL AND VARIOUS COURTHOUSES, BUILDINGS, AND OFFICES AS PART OF THE SUMMIT COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE TECHNOLOGY PROJECT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
and no other subject or subjects shall be considered thereat.
Therefore, I the undersigned Clerk of Council do hereby call a Special Meeting of the Council at Fairlawn City Hall, Monday, September 14, 2020, 7:15 P.M. for the purpose as stated above.
