On February 1, 2021, Council voted to approve an Electric Aggregation Program for the residents as the current aggregation agreement expires in May. This is an opt out program. If you choose to opt out, a reply is due by March 29, 2021 by completing and returning the card at the bottom of the letter, or, call Dynegy at 888-682-2170.
