The Charter Review Commission is required to review the Municipal Charter and recommend to the Mayor and Council such alterations, revisions, and amendments, if any, to the Charter, as in its judgement are desirable.
Every three years, the Charter requires that the Mayor appoint a Charter Review Commission of five qualified electors of the City of Fairlawn.
The Charter Review Commission's first meeting of 2023 will be on April 19, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at Fairlawn City Hall in the Mayor's conference room. Meetings of the Charter Review Commission are open to the public.
