Solicitation Regulations
Due to recent changes, the City of Fairlawn must allow both commercial and non-commercial entities to perform door-to-door solicitations in our community. Previously, the City did not allow commercial entities to solicit in residential neighborhoods.
****Each application must be turned in to the Fairlawn Police Department in person along with a photo ID and the $35.00 application fee. Each applicant must pick up the solicitor's badge in person with photo identification. Office hours are M-F from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
